Interior:

Internal Areas
Ceilings and cornices, walls, doors, windows, architraves, skirtings, floors, stairs, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, drawers, ventilation, fly screens and glazing. We also thoroughly check showers for leakage and moisture test surrounding areas. -
Roof Cavity
Structural integrity of roof framing, roof leaks, presence and condition of sarking and insulation. -
Sub-Floor
Piers, footings, floor framing, termite barriers, ventilation, moisture barriers and damp issues.
Exterior:

External Areas
Roof covering, roofline, valleys, flashing, eaves, fascia, gutters and downpipes, walls, brickwork, weatherboards, windows, doors, weepholes, subfloor vents and presence of asbestos. -
External Structures
Garages, carports, sheds, verandahs, decks, balconies, patios, pergolas and stairs. -
Site
Fences, gates, paths, driveways, paving, retaining walls and site drainage.
